• As many applications as you wish to complete. It is common to apply to between 8-12 colleges.

Work on college applications may include:

• essay topic brainstorming

• editing of essays, as many rounds as needed, when applying to selective schools students often complete 20-45 short and long essays (between 25 words up to a page long)

• proof-reading

• help selecting teachers for recommendations

• guidance in presenting extracurricular record

• building a resume

• interview preparation
